Cheltenham Stick Mobility

Cheltenham Stick Mobility

With only a handful of UK Certified Instructors, Zoe launched the popular Stick Mobility exercise classes in Cheltenham in 2024. Since then the classes have attracted a wide range of people and continue to expand.

Sarah Miller, Chartered Physiotherapist has now joined the Cheltenham Stick Mobility team launching classes from June 2026 leading the Prestbury class.

First developed in the USA 10 years ago, Stick Mobility is now hugely popular in the States, Middle East and Australia.

Used by professional sports teams right through to grandparents, working age population and really anyone that consciously wants to help their body age well, reduce injury and manage joint pain.

Zoe Jones MCSP HCPC

Chartered Physiotherapist with 20 + years experience.

Zoe has worked extensively in both the NHS and Private Practice as a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist.
She currently runs Cheltenham Stick Mobility classes alongside her other job - Highly Specialised First Contact Practitioner in Central Cheltenham GP surgeries.

Many of years of patient experience has enabled Zoe to hone her clinical skills and help clients to maximise their function. Stick Mobility uses fantastic principles to improve range of movement using the training stick, improve balance and control all whilst gaining the added benefit of static isometric strength with gripping. This in turn maximises function and day to day life.

As a highly experienced clinician, you will be in safe hands in Zoe's class regardless of pre existing health conditions.
